I love how jinky it is. Made two large growing tables when I had a south-facing balcony in similar fashion. Fresh herbs are great, but some turned out to a bitch to keep alive... Great to see you're doing well!

It's great to go sustainable and grow some of your own fruit and veg. But Kenny, don't conflate sustainable with organic. Organic methods of agriculture are very inefficient, and if we were to switch to 100% organic farming, about half the planet's population would starve. So while organic might make us feel better, it's not the be-all-end-all that people make it out to be.
