DIY Weight Plate Storage Rack | Home Gym Organization

In this video I tackle building a storage rack to house some weight plates for a home gym. This weight rack helps keep the weights off the floor and adds a bit of organization to our home gym. This was a pretty cheap & easy build. Very beginner friendly!

Beautiful result! It's great seeing a structure like this done with lumber and using dowel rods. You mostly see projects where people used steel and require welding. This is refreshing. Awesome video too, keep it up!

If you’re referring to which app I used to sketch up the design for this build then I used a website called Make by Me. I also frequently use SketchUp as well for designing builds. Hope that helps!

It's only 'cheap and easy' to build if you're a professional carpenter and have access to expensive tools.

I absolutely disagree. All you need is wood glue, wood, screws and pads. Iam using jigsaw for everything. Not expensive at all. If you gonna do more projects it will return extremely.
