Dimensions of a standard Koozie
4” x 5 1/4” x 1/4-5/16 thick when not in thirst mode.
All dimensions depend on metal thickness.
These are the dimensions I used. The height of your Koozie holder all depends on how many you want to hold or how much scrap metal you have in your shop!
Base- 4 1/4” x 5 3/8”
Vertical Sides- 3 7/8” x 4”
Front- 1” x 2 1/2”
Top- 1/2” x 4 1/8”
