Diyarbakır is the largest Kurdish-majority city in Turkey. Situated around a high plateau by the banks of the Tigris river on which stands the historic Diyarbakır Fortress, it is the administrative capital of the Diyarbakır Province of south-eastern Turkey.

The sad thing is that even though kurdish Diyarbakir is under Kurdish enemy's control, it's still 100% cleaner, nicer has much better services than Kurdish cities under Kurdish control in iraq

The trash problem is cause “Iraq” has terrible trashing system. I don’t know what you mean by service kinda broad term. The krg is iraqs most economical and stable area. The 2017 referendum was done cause Iraq is just terrible and put the krg in a strangle hold with economic restrictions. Kurds in the krg are doing a great job with what they got, don’t get me wrong there are issues like any where else.
