So I have a sawmill and I use “real” live edge lumber to make furniture but I have to say... this is SO CREATIVE!!! I absolutely love it, not just because it looks amazing but it avoids that entry barrier of costs. Great work!! If you’re ever is Southern California, let me give you some slabs!

I think the blend of your design and Isabel's (hi! Nice work!) was the perfect balance. Too intricate and the mirror might be visually overwhelming, too simple and it detracts from the "live edge" effect. It looks awesome!

Love the fact that I get notified about your new videos, because once in a while Im acually thinking of wanting to do some woodworking but not sure what to do, you help me get some awesome ideas. A big thanks for that. In case someone wondered what the idea I got from this project was then it was a wooden/glass door for my garden/pool project that I’ve been working on lately. For me this is what these channels is about nowadays, ideas, inspirations and motivation. For others it may be learning as well, I sure has learned a lot from this guy’s projects in the past, so either way, its obviously a channel well worth subscribing to, hence the million subs already.

I literally do this but use the mold cuts I can get at certain lumber stores or Home Depopt's styled moldings. Yet for the power source I use a 9V Volt PP3 Battery Holder Box DC Case you can buy off ebay in order to supply power to it and attach it to the back. Being I don't like drilling too many holes in the wall. Especially on dry wall. Its a more simpler method for me personally being that its easier to change mirrors and to remove and replace it when needed. Plus because its an LED the battery cases provide a lot of energy to power it; which frees up the use of an outlet. Basically it prevents the mirror from being fixated to one place, because of the wiring. I figured this out when trying to come up with a wireless lighting system to a room which had a concrete ceiling. Ever since then I found that wireless solutions are always best when trying to do lighting systems. I really got into using lithium battery packs and box cases. Saved me a ton on my electricity bill for literally the same amount of lighting. To which because of LED bulbs they last for over a year. To which I use Philips smart LED bulbs for my other lighting fixtures. This way I could remotely control the lights.

Hi, Glen. Another great project. I have been following you for some time now. I have duplicated several of your projects as you have made them. I then created my own version to fit my own tastes. Take it as a compliment, you are awesome. My wife loves the things I make her, and yes, I give you the credit and show her your videos, lol. Some of your builds have inspired me to become pretty creative, thank you. I have used ideas for certain projects that have come from several your videos [design from one, led from another, and final touches from several others all on one project]. Keep up the great work.

Hello. I remember the movable storage you made and it was fantastic !. I have an ugly mirror and been trying to think how to fix the ugliness. From $5 to $100 project right there. What a beautiful work 👍. I think the exposed end cover up was perfect. There was nothing I didn't like and hanging on the wall was the best way to showcase this beautiful art mirror. You gave me ideas ! Hardest thing for me probably would be the power tooling part 😀🤓 Thank you. Cute kid 👍😀

i broke 2 mirrors doing this, not sure how you were able to rip the frame off of the mirror, i had to heat the glue all around and slowly lift the mirror out of the frame. The other challenging thing was i was using 1 1/2" brad nails and ended up breaking the mirror a 3rd time after it was all completed.....ugh! Was somewhat challenging to put all the wires together, but it works. Took me about 12 hours all together.....will get better if i make another one. Such a great idea! Love the LED lights, thinking of adding these to so many other projects :)
