Seria interessante para você evitar que a tensão da ponta faça força na cola colocar pinos finos de metal (pode ser prego sem cabeça) para tranferir a força das molas para o pegador. Porque neste caso, a única coisa que segura a tensão é a cola. Faça furos e passe um metal para travar as madeiras, assim ela não escorrega.
