Did you know that the leaves of Sweet Potatoes are a vegetable? You can cook them like this. Get enough leaves, wash them and leave them to drip the water out. Take 1 big onion and 2 medium tomatoes and fry them. Once cooked, put the leaves in the mixture and fry for about 4 minutes. Then it's ready. We usually eat that with Nshima also called Bugali. It's cooked using Maize flour or Mealie meal. Just try it. It's very very taste.

Great idea in town or city where u have limited space. On my island we just grow them in our garden's and they can grow bigger in size cause it's organic natural soil. We don't water them all we do is make sure there are no weeds. But otherwise that's a brilliant idea if I live in a town/city setting. Thanks for sharing

I don’t see the authenticity of the amount of potato harvest. I think there is a discrepancy in the amount of the harvest if you look closely in the video. They were not from the plants but they were added to show plenty.

Don't throw away the Sweet Potato Greens ( leaf) those are edible too. They are a common food throughout Bantu communities in West Africa, and parts of South East Asia. Liberians eat Potato greens like folks eat spinach, very good for you, check out the recipes from Liberia, and other parts of West Africa and Asia.

Sweet potatoes are such an amazing gift from nature! Boiled sweet potato leaves dipped in a spicy garlic chili fish sauce make for a delicious and nutritious dish. And there's nothing quite like the comforting taste of roasted sweet potatoes. The entire plant is incredibly versatile-from the tender leaves to the hearty tubers, every part can be used in the kitchen. Plus, they are so easy to grow, making them a truly wonderful addition to any garden. It's no wonder why so many people appreciate the sweet potato plant for all it offers. How do you feel about the sweet potato plant?
