How to Assemble a Hard Hat

In this video I demonstrate how a hard hat can be assembled. When I assemble this hard hat in my video, I show how I insert the suspension and lock it into place. I also show how I can tighten and loiosen this hard hat.

Like I don't understand exactly how to secure mine onto my head it keeps slipping and tightening it etc in the proper fashion so im able to do my field work effectively and efficiently without any issues. I'd love if you could do a video on that a simple demonstration or something specific showing us all how to put in on.

Maybe other guys are more careful, but I had my fair share of bumps against the car's door ceiling edge let's call it and boy them bumps hurt like hell.
