12:00...cleaning that bearing and reagreasing it doesnt make it new...bad stuff..its more cheap to install new oem bearings...and much more safer and its a proper restoration...the youtube is full of "cleaners" who name their videos "restoration"..and they use the same old parts to put back together the tool....that is called cleaning....and 12:36...dont grease that bearing.,...!!!!it will make dust stick to it faster and destroy it..thats why that lower bearing is full metal..so its resistant to dust...!putting grease on it will make dust stick all over it...and finally..ruin it...sorry

Yeah you are right. This is more "cleaning" than "restoration". But it is actually a "salvage", you see it is scrap. As for technical issue, I am an amateur and still learning. Thank you for valuable comment..
