Hey Harsh, Had some questions,hope you dont mind.. 1.What is going wrong with the updates ? 2.Is the battery life actually good enough? 3.Are the sensors accurate?do they measure HR,SpO2 in air or other surface? 4.Are the bezels too visible..i mean it has an Amoled display? 5.Does it support live watchfaces? 6.Should i cancel my order or is it just some minor issues going on? I just wish it had the music control easily accessable, and show the music which im playing and need more watch faces and customization. I just brought it on first day when the sale went live. So its been good so far. But still i feel some features couldve been improved, when i compared it to Mi band 4 which i've been using since 2.5 years.

I ordered it on the first sale, received the watch in 2days. Loved the watch, the display was superb crisp, design was premium. The watch worked perfectly for 26 hours. Then the display went dead all of a sudden & the watch kept on vibrating on its own. Connected to the charger, still no display & the watch kept on vibrating. I am so disappointed with the quality of the product. I literally loved it but it turned out to be a faulty unit. And now the price has increased and i can't get it replaced due to unavailability. Very dissapointed.

The watch got disconnected with the app when the display went dead..so couldn't even reset the watch to upgrade the firmware. Flipkart realised the number of faulty products so i guess they withdrew the product.

Bro can we change the default watch faces which came pre included in watch . I am unable to change more than one watch face from the app . If I try add another one the 1st download one is getting deleted, those 4 default watch faces are not getting deleted bro . Is this the same with u .

It reduces the charge quickly then firmware can't update, when clicking on pugrde it showing as unknown error then the device is switching off, then device automatically vibrate on unnecessary time

Disappointed by the battery life and everything I charged on Friday 100% and no use much only normal use see time and always on display is on and heart rate sensor and call reminder also on. And notification is off.. I updated watch to latest version but It's only for last 2 days of battery life yesterday night it's switched off Then i charged to 70% in morning Now it's 50% 20% drain without using anything only wearing
