I am a fan of DJ Audits and it was great to meet Nigel in person even though he didn`t want to be filmed but I get and thanks Nigel for the key ring! Edited after flagged privacy concern.

You actually came across as attacking @WorldyInAction with your swearing directed towards them. I'm of the opinion that if Nigel Dicks dishes it out, then he should also have the intelligence to accept the consequences when it comes calling on his own doorstep. Terrible business. I went round to their warehouse for a click and collect and came very close to getting knocked over by some guy on an electric bike. Scruffy looking too, dirty track suit bottoms and wearing some kind of bondage harness and camera. Later found out it was the proprietor Nigel AKA DJAudits, fresh from an afternoon annoying and filming businesses on an industrial estate for his KZbin channel. I have since cancelled my order as I would not want to be lining the track suit pockets of this sort of person and his company. This is one of many one star reviews on Google

(1) He done an Audit with PJ Audits where he tried to accuse a security guard of assaulting him. However PJ Audits on film is actually heard to say that he disagrees with DJ, thus he was sticking up for the security guard. When DJ Audits uploaded the video on his channel, he quickly removed it when he realised that it caused a sudden decrease in his audience as many unsubscribed from his channel and flooded his comment section stating that it was actually him that assaulted the security guard. However his "friend" PJ Audits is still quite happy to keep the video up on his channel, and you can view the video yourself on his channel, and you can see from reading the comment section that even most of PJ's viewers are of the impression that DJ Audits assaulted an old man. Do you think DJ Audits wants PJ Audits to keep this video up? (2) When DJ Audits visited a business in Newcastle along with five other auditors, with intent to storm the premises, one of the five gave the business advanced warning of their arrival and gave them DJ Audits private information and the company used this to expose DJ Audits. Even DJ Audits residential address is available online for those that look hard enough. Though, there could be a sixth candidate. Only DJ Audits himself will know whether or not PJ Audits was aware of what they were planning. (3) DJ Audits recently done an Audit with two other auditors at the Walkers Crisps factory on Barrington Business Park. This is the same Business Park where DJ Audits owns his own business AC Adaptors R US. Now when Walkers Crisps find out that the Auditor that Audited them is a neighbour, what do you think is going to happen? Well, obviously they will contact the landlord, report DJ Audits and try to have him evicted. Is DJ Audits stupid? Or is he just unable to stand up for himself and is falling to peer pressure? You know, like other Auditors just turning up on his doorstep asking where he has been for the last two months, and then whilst they are there trying to convince him how it would be such a great idea for him to join in with them Auditing his neighbours! Even "Matthew 22:37-40" advises: "You shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.".

You should have tried to imitate DJ Audits more. When he man handled your camera you should have said "Oye, don't you assault me, don't you dare touch my camera, keep out of my personal space", and then filmed him anyway. You should have reminded him that it is your right to film him, and you should have gave him some advice about how his behaviour does not make his company look good. You gave into him to easy and your nerves were obvious. And yes, he was pally with you, but that is because you respected his rights to not be filmed, rights that he would not have gave to you if the boot were on the other foot. However I suspect this is because you are mostly a transparent individual that is not used to acting like a professional stalker, and has decent morals and ethics. Acting like a male superbitch does not come as second nature to you, which is no bad thing. Other than that, you did great!.. "I don't know who you are". Nigel's statement here regarding his reason for not wishing to be filmed is just laughable. So he thinks it is ok for him to run around exercising rights in social settings that usually only apply to Police stop and search incidents, such as his right to not give his name, yet when met with a man with a camera he does not know, he finds that very concerning. I wish you had pushed him more on things like this. Perhaps tried mocking him by asking him if he would go to a job interview and exercise rights to remain anonymous or remain silent. Perhaps tried implying to him "have you ever considered that exercising rights that usually only apply to individuals in danger of being arrested may exclude you from exercising other more important rights,, such as your right to gain employment, sign on, open a bank account,, or, even, make a documentary for commercial purposes without entering into a contract with the company concerned, without even verbal agreement, without even giving them your name, and without their permission"?. It will only be a matter of time before DJ Audits finds out just how libellous his business model actually is.

Yep thanks. Alot of things could have done. One of the issues is I didn`t have a bodycam and that helps alot when filming because it can take a while until people realise they are being filmed. I could have also checked his car for MOT status and showed that on the video. Also I could have put on the video details about his company from company house regarding financials of his company. Hmm I suppose I could go back and hijack him when he gets into his car with some Roger Cooke style interviewing lol. I think the thing I really wanted to do was to catch him at his home residential address and tell him `I will be taking a drone over your house`. If you look at online reviews on his company some of the troll comments are hilarious.

I mean common sense; yes you can photograph in public. But frauditors have to bend that and goto an office window zooming in. When challenged they say "I'm recording from a public place. By the way you're breaking GDPR!' It can't go on like this. The drone thing...the worst one I have seen is meet the tyrants. He flew his drone as low as the second floor of a building and very close to the windows. That cannot go on. And it's all on them!! I agree except for the privacy part. He goes up to people in middle of work without notice and starts filming. Not much space to make your own privacy . Also, in the video DJ has the auditor not have his face on camera when he doesn’t give the same courtesy to others in his own videos. I like to watch DJ’s videos but I can see times where he doesn’t listen to his own code. I’m not saying that’s bad just that he doesn’t seem to acknowledge it nor do some of his fans.

Managing to watch your video via a VPN in the UK. He wasn't very nice with you (at the start but watching further into your video yes it got a bit better), but I think they should be prepared to be more cordial with people coming to film them, given they go around filming people who can't say no (I don't mind these freedoms we need there to be freedom to take photos and videos as we can't ask permission!) but they need to be open themselves to these freedoms. Him putting up in a privacy complaint in is going to get other people turning up. Another thing I'm wondering, is what's so private about an electric parts business for him not to invite you to film inside, he would have looked much cooler than he now does. He could have asked you to blur any photos of his wife etc.

I liked his hypocrisy on that video with the physical altercation between him and that security guard. The one he did with PJ . Both Nigel and the security were on public land pushing and shoving and Nigel shouting "GET BACK , YOU ARE IN MY PERSONAL SPACE" Like he keeps reminding people, he's on public land . Big up DJ audits! He acted politely and was honest about what he would do if being filmed. DJ knows people can come and do it (audit and film) but harrassing and exposing him is sad, phoning him or contacting him etc..
