What they forgot to point out was that this was evidence that was picked up after the robbery had taken place...they never saw them arrive, drill holes in walls, they foiled the alarm systems and left with the loot without any notice..it was only their age and the lack of understanding modern technology that got them AFTER the job was done...it is infact the plod that look like muppets in that case..to be fair cops had FA to go on and were just lucky...

You must remember that PCSO is not attested is not a constable and dies not hold a warrant. Basically he’s just another bloke in the street. As such he can ask what he wishes as we all can but there is no authority given to him or a warranted officer to delete footage. It’s your footage to do as you will with.

This PCSO is camera phobic! And a self appointed censor to boot. Nice one, thanks DJ.

You have to take the good with the bad ,working in the public eye 👁 you are always going to have eyes 👀 on you ‼️

You're a fab auditor. You're absolutely right. If an officer, pcso or otherwise, asks members of the public to do something to which they are not obliged to do, is in fact a big issue. They are indirectly absuing their position by using their uniform to enforve their subjective feelings. #PINAC.

@@135Ops this isn't actually anything to do with the law per say smarty pants. This is to do with an person of authority, asking someone to do something, which to be quite Frank- has nothing to do with them. If somebody wants to record someone else in a public setting - then people need to back off and let them because it is a lawful activity. Learn some common sense you doughnut.

@@HannahMurphy141 it may be lawful to record, but it's not generally socially accepted, not comfortable for those being recorded (whatever position they may hold) and a bit strange. Especially if its by the guy making these videos, who's clearly got a few mental health issues that need addressing.

@@Pommily87 bless, using the mental health card. Someone's touchy. There's nothing strange about filming in public. Chill out

@@HannahMurphy141 no, there's something strange about filming THE public though. The mental health thing appears to be very relevant here too, 'bless'. Clearly this is his outlet to control whatever he has, until he films the wrong person and gets the camera shoved down his throat 👍

you're consistent with the boundary of your position and you handle it well. keep it up DJ. I think you are actually defining what a true audit of public service accountability means. I hope others follow in your methods.
