Battlecat is also a drummer. Quik is the only one who is also known as a rapper who writes his own lyrics. No West Coast-based producer, past or present, can f&^% with those three. Put them in whatever order of rank you want. Just know that they are the top 3. Dont put Daz Dillinger anywhere near them. He is a MPC drum programmer like anyone can be. He does not play keyboards or any other instrument. Priest Soopafly Brooks was his Death Row keyboard player. Tony Green or someone else was his bass player. Dave Aron (RIP) was his mix engineer.
