I put my headphones on and wow!! I never heard 112's hit like that in video. I have the 181's 18" subs , but wanted something smaller for smaller events. looks the 112's are the ticket,

Hoping you’ll see this comment on this older video but I’m on the fence on ordering the KS112s to go with my K12.2s and just wait for them to ship or get the Maui 28G2s? Knowing you own both systems how do they compare? I do mostly hip-hop music oriented events I really want to get the 44s but seeing how I mostly do bars and clubs the price doesn’t justify the amount of private events I do. Thank you in advance!!!!

The Maui 44’s are the truth! Amazing sound and low end, but that price tag 😩. Never heard the 22’s

Why so bright with the venue lights staying on most of the night. I find a lot of the time outs the dancers of. Love your setup 🤙🏾😍

The only overhead lights on were the string lights that most couples pay extra for and the bar lights so the bartenders can see. Everything else was uplighting and movers.

That event seemed much smaller that a 220 head count as described. Perhaps a lot of folks did not make it.... Very nice set up btw.

About 1/3 were very elderly and they left as the dance floor opened.

I'm debating between the S4 and S4mini uplights from Both lighting and I see you have the minis. How do you like them? Do they have as much throw/are as bright as you had hoped? Would you buy them again or go with the S4 instead next time?

Great video 👍🏻 how well do the KS112’s handle hip hop? I’m considering getting a pair to use with my k10.2’s but not sure if I should go for the ks118 instead 🤔

The KS-112's are amazing for 12" subs. Is really consider the kind of venues you play at and the kind of crowds that you normally have. For a wedding, no matter what size, I feel as if 18 inch subs are always Overkill because of the way the bass matures. But for high school dances and proms, I think 18 inch subs are the way to go.
@jamesharrison60853 жыл бұрын
@@djtravismcguire thanks for the quick reply, I usually play to crowds of 100-200, mostly weddings, birthdays etc, so i think the ks112’s are the way to go, thanks for helping me to decide 👍🏻

@@DjGCue71 I believe the KS-212 and KS-118 are the same price. I would honestly go with the 118's myself.

Seems like they were fighting you all night long I hate events like that when you have a lot of people and nobody wants to dance
