He really was. I don’t remember anyone doing it before him, and if they were they weren’t as good. Only ones I really remember were just people using one song with a different background music but not ones that used damn near 30 songs.

Exactly. The "rookies" at the time that started the Hallyu Wave, and some of the well known "seniors". Of course, some main groups aren't here because they didn't have a release at the time, but I have to say I miss this era of songs the best.
