@doel89 actually there are times where, a song used on a game paied bya company is sometimes still owned by the composer and or the band itself... this is the conditions.. 1.if the song is already composed and played the band or singer many times and a company bought it, whoever made it owns it. in this case, it was the band and/or the singer/composer. 2.if it originally composed for a specific reason(game bgm for instance), the ownership goes to the company.

@kokolo789 err dj max and s4 league are the same developers. the song was made exclusively for s4 league. dj max just used it on its game. whats wrong with that? i can see gravity corps using the same artist songs for different games

@kokolo789 im not actually whining. a band is a band. a publisher is a publisher. a game is a game. whats wrong with using something u already owned in another product? its like complaining how come cloud is in kingdom hearts when he is suppose to be in final fantasy. btw the company that made dj max was pentavision. if a company paid for the band to produce a song. the song belongs to the company. and the band cant use it. intellectual properties are meant to be like this
