DJ Spectakulah Sxratch Demo at The Cold Cuts Battle | Sound Collective

We had the great honor of having DJ Spectakulah demonstrate our Sxratch DJ software at the Cold Cuts Battle at @SoundCollective. Creative Director John Carluccio (@battlesounds) showcased the Scratch Visualizer's newest features including; built-in beat selections (by @tablebeats), scratch sample selection, scratch recording, playback, mix volumes, and sample swapping!

Hey, I bought the licensed copy and have been using it for the past week. It’s a powerful tool and the principal is amazing. However, I have a few issues. Firstly it crashes multiple times when opening and every time when closing. I end up having to force quit. I use Mac with the latest OS system. Secondly, I have gone through the menu and have the layout setup exactly how I want it each. I then save the layout but every time I close the software down and reopen it, many of the layout preferences aren’t saved and I have to redo them each time. Very annoying. A feature I would like to see is. When choosing a beat from the selection available, I would love an option to slow it down. Say from 90bpm to 60bpm. Is this possible. Apart from that, I’m really happy with the software. Cheers 🤜🏻

Don’t bother using it, it’s no where near ready for release. Nothing but issues from constant crashing to not recognising a paid license login. 😢
