Hey DJ, I’m a private pilot and fly out of Barton Aerodrome which is very near this industrial estate in this video. The reason there were so many aircraft flying overhead in this video is because the industrial estate is known as a VRP (Visual Reference Point) and is marked as such on our aeronautical charts. Hulton Industrial Estate is the main reference point for pilots coming in and out of Barton and I’ve flown over Hulton hundreds of times. I don’t think anyone would stop me taking a photo when flying overhead! Anyway, if you ever want to come for a flight with me just drop me a message. When you highlighted the regulations to the police, you seemed only to read out the points which you were NOT doing, but failed to mention APPROACHES or IN THE VICINITY of a prohibited place. It also states in subsection (1)(a) a reference to inspecting a prohibited place includes-(a) inspecting photographs, videos or other recordings of the prohibited place. You are quite clearly in the vicinity of and recording a prohibited place. I normally enjoy your videos DJ but today I feel you have pushed your luck and shouldn’t be filming government buildings. Also, I agree with 99% of the other comments and you shouldn’t collaborate with other auditors, it spoils your content.

The Policeman was an absolute first class police officer. Luke, pleasure listening to you, pleasure watching you. This is how our police should be. You do a much better video when you are solo. Sometimes its ok to collaborate with other auditors but you get the subscribers requesting solo audits. You should listen to the subscribers DJ.

Good interactions with the police officers. The police officers were friendly and professional. Hopefully other police officers will see how to politely investigate an incident with a drone flying over a buisness. Good audit.

have to agree with some comments below, within the first few mins you change the way you operate and it brings the video down , lose the company and stay on your own producing the usual brilliant videos we have got to love .
