I have a similar routine. I use blue magic Indian hemp or sulfur 8 light, I mix a drop of peppermint oil with it. I cleanse with black soap or activated charcoal soap. This routine works so well when you're repairing your scalp and can be used beyond. Thanks for the upload.

I cut my hair to virtually nothing 3 weeks ago and discovered some bald spots 😢. Also did not think the hair would grow sooooo slowly, but I feel better now seeing your 26 day hair growth, maybe I was too optimistic. I can testify about sulfur8 actually. I have a always been dealing with dandruff and all the flakes community 🤣. And my mum always used that for me and it was good although I felt it was a bit hot 🥵

Sulfur 8 is my go to treatment. Then rosemary oil. Made from fresh rosemary from a friend’s herb garden and extra virgin olive oil. It works as well . What is black soap? Where do can I find it?
