I always preferred the color science to GoPro. It looks less “action camera” and more like a “real camera” to me for some reason.

Have you seen the gopro 11 the quality looks so much better on the 11. Thats the only reason im holding back on buying this.

The mounting system seems similar to that on DJI Action 2. Are the mounts interchangeable between Action 2 & Action 3?

Have one on order, the audio is my biggest concern, I really want a good action camera with a solid built in mic. Currently using a gp10 with media mod and it works well but is clunky and glitchy and a pain to take apart.

Honestly i’m not sure if you’re going to be satisfied with the audio, but it has been upgraded a bit and sounds decent for sure. if it is as good at least as your gp10 media mod then i guess it’s worth it!

NOTHING matters is you have a soft or out of focus camera. I returned mine because of this issue. The NEXT version is the one to get.

OA3 does have a lot of features that make it much better camera than the GoPro 11, but there is now on major feature that has been identified that makes the GoPro 11 the only camera to get. That is the focus problem and IQ. Don't just take my word for it all you DJI fans, do search on KZbin and see how many now report this problem. I love DJI stuff, I have owned several of their drones and now own Mavic 3. But this is unacceptable problem they need to fix. I bought the OA3 and when you view footage on phone or small laptop looks good. But when viewed on larger computer monitor you can see just how soft the video out of it is. This problems has been all over the KZbin now and DJI has admitted there is problem. They tried to fix it with software update and all that did was sharpen the video, but didn't do anything to fix it. Now video looks like soft over sharpened mess. DJI now needs to recall all of these units and fix it in the hardware. The GoPro has much better dynamic range, higher resolution and much sharper video than OA3. I'm going to try and return mine for refund or see if they can fix the problem in hardware, but I have my doubts on either.

I hate GoPro but sadly with the 5k on the 11… it’s sharper clearly in every review between the two.

It may be focused to infinity not on a subject closer to the camera.
