DJI Mic 2 | Everything You Need To Know - Review

The original DJI Mic was very good and they kicked it up a notch with wth Mic 2. Having 32-bit float audio is a huge deal and its awesome we now have it in these wireless mics!

As long as you don’t block it, it’s solid. But as I said. Just use the internal recording in case it randomly drops. You always have a backup!

I Connect the receiver to a powered USB hub on my computer and connect a shotgun mic to the transmitter, works great. If it's powered USB it also charges the receiver. If I plug it into the 5w USB port on the computer, the base station does not charge and runs out of battery . Works great on voice overs

Noise cancellation needs a lot of work but good start. Would rather leave that to post work to have more control.

yeah, I would rather do it in post. But I assume the feature is for people that don’t know how to do that or maybe they are live streaming. Im sure it will be handy for a lot of people with it built in.
