Just bought one. Unfortunately the ND filters are not available in stores yet. Now I’m stuck waiting for the ones I ordered from DJI today. They should still come in the fly more kits. Hopefully they arrive quickly

@@DJITutorials thank you. It is ordered from the DJI store. It just seems a little silly to launch a pro fly more combo, with no filters. Even an ND 32, and then people can buy the set with 16,64,256. With 1.7 fixed, it’s almost a necessity. Also, why did you change the fit so ND’s from the mini 3 pro can’t be used. All around, not a great impression for such an expensive purchase. That being said, I flew it today, and was amazed at its performance. Just wish the most expensive kit version of it was actually ready to use for professional use. Without filters, 1.7 fixed is just begging for wash out. Thanks for listening.

Is there a way to change the from metric to imperial on the speed, distance and altitude? Also: is there a way to set up the RC2 controller so that it automatically updates the home position for those of us who move from place to place during our recording sessions? Ideally, it would be nice to be able to simply use the controller as the home position so that anywhere the controller is, that's where the new home position is as well. It would also be nice if perhaps there was an icon with a scroll down menu that allowed one to set the time intervals in which the home position was automatically updated, just in case we forget to update the home position manually.

Just in case you haven't found your answers elsewhere, yes, you can switch to metric or imperial if you want. And the Home Position is where you started your flight. You can change the Home to somewhere else if you want, but otherwise, it will return to where you started flying in that session.

I have 2x Mini 3 Pro, DJI Avata, DJI FPV and multiple DJI O3 FPV-Quads. But I am not gonna buy before I can fly higher then 120m (from takeoff height). At least make it in a way that by default its locked, but M4P Owners can apply to unlock the 120m in their home country with their respective Drone licence.

The drone transmits the signal to the controller which is plugged into the phone via a cable. The phone and drone don't communicate with eachother

The RC-N2 is great if you want to travel light - no screen on the Tx to scratch, for instance, but the RC2 has more button functions and dedicated storage. Range is the same between the two, limited by O4 protocols, (though there are more antenna on the RC2 vs the RC-N2, 6 vs 4 respectively. One benefit to the N2 is being able to use big fat tablets, just not in the controllers grip :-)

I have a mini 3 Pro can get 1300 metres in distance then it's looses connect. I guess it's where you fly over the built-up areas I get same as your prob more 600 metre, easy, plenty for me at mo ,great little new drone though thanks for the vid

Yes. You will need a USB-C connector to go from your 'Wall Wart' to the back of the drone.

@@jackindixie5787 thanks. The rapid blink threw me off when I connected it. I perceived the rapid blink as an error condition and I was thinking maybe I needed a higher output wall wart. I have since learned the rapid blink just indicates rapid charging.

Brand new mini 4 pro, didn't ever see the activation screen, and then it got stuck permanently saying "Aircraft activation required". Spoke to DJI who wanted it back for repair, so I sent it back to amazon as it was less than 24 hours old. Absolutely stupid that a ~£1k drone can get stuck in an unusable state right out of the box. Hopefully the replacement works, otherwise I'll be giving up.

@@DJITutorials I quit using my Mavic Air 2 because every time I tried to use it I had to calibrate the compass and update the battery, the drone or the controller. Is this Mini Pro 4 the same or does it avoid all that now?

​@@bigglyguy8429 Due to Android system restrictions: the Bluetooth search function and device connection page can only work when the position information/GPS information permissions have been enabled. If there is no interference around, it is not normal if you have to calibrate the compass every time you start up the drone, please try to refresh the firmware and make sure to calibrate the compass successfully and check again. If the issue persists, you may need to send the drone back to DJI for further service. For the battery update, please also make sure that if you have multiple batteries, you will need to update the firmware for all of them via the drone. If the issue is the same, you may also send them back so we can check. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

That's exactly what I've given up doing. I do have another question - when I changed my phone I tried to install the DJI Go app, but it seems that app is no longer available. Does the latest app "DJI Fly" work with my "old" Mavic Air 2? Or is my drone already useless and just throw it away as scrap?

Pressing RTH by the shown setting will unfortunatly to violate the EU rules for operating a UAV. Why? well the max altitude is 120 meters and the setting show 235 meters RTH-Altitude. In Europe, that is higher then permitted...

Now that you have confirmed the communication of the REQUIREMENT (NOT SUGGESTION) about releasing the Mavic 3 Consumer SDK to your technical team, WHICH IS THE RELEASE DATE??? I remember you that at launch of the original Mavic 3, you promised the SDK in your MSDK roadmap and nowadays we have nothing, because you are only protecting your enterprise series. If we are never gonna get it, for me DJI is dead and you will never see an euro from my pocket again.🔴🔴🔴

Bought a Mini 4 Pro drone a few months ago. Right out of the box it was recording shaky video so badly it would give you a headache to watch it. Tried every adjustment to settings and nothing would fix it. Spoke to multiple DJI Tech Support representatives who were all unable to fix the issue. It has ruined many opportunities to shoot a good video and now it's being shipped back to DJI for repair. What an absolute piece of garbage for $1,000. Never again.

@@DJITutorials upon receiving my drone, DJI told me that nothing was wrong with my drone. I insisted there was a problem and referred them to videos that were saved on my memory card. They couldn't figure out a solution so they sent me a new (or refurbished) drone. I got it yesterday. Hoping this one doesn't have the same issue.
