Great footage Marcus as always. I got the Neo and it's brilliant. You mention about the beeping. Drag the settings down from the top and you can reduce the volume on beeps and everything noise related. Cheers Simon.

It's funny that my Neos case is about the same size. However, gusts of about 25mph are enough to flip the drone! If I had known how small the Mini could be, I would have got that instead, although it does not track, so maybe Mini pro something is better?

The Mini 4K does not track, but it has other automated flight modes. 👍

It is a Mini 2 Kevin. DJI just gave it a new name. 😉 And yes, the batteries are interchangeable.

@@IdahoQuadcopter I ask this because my mini 4K in a certain emergency situation, with a dead battery and already in emergency landing mode just above the ground, with an obstacle below it, jumped over it on its own and landed a few meters away. I have this situation recorded on a video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q2XYpYGDeN5ngtk. It looks like it jumps over the vegetation on its own. It behaved similarly when I learned to catch it in the air when landing. It ran up when it unexpectedly detected an obstacle below.

The Mini 4K had vertical guidelines for lining up your shot. You need to do the rest in post production, all editors are different.

No, it does not. You will need to move up to one of DJI's more expensive drones for that feature.

I've heard you can change a setting in Android that will let you load the Fly App.

You need to disable play protect setting in the play store to download and install the app. It worked for me as of 11/25/24.

I've been flying my trusted Macic 2 Pro for 5 years, producing beautiful, cinematic videos. Then I upload them to an appreciative gang of followers on my KZbin channel. Due to European regulations, I decided I needed to downsize my drone, but I still wanted to produce 4K videos. So, I bought the DJI Mini 4K, believing it could deliver nice enough footage for me to then edit into shape. BOY, was I mistaken. This drone is a piece of horse doodoo compared to the Mavic 2 Pro. 400$ down the drain.

Just got a mini 4k and had to send it back as the DJI app isn't in the Android Play Store. Non-play store apps are blocked.

Did you ever fix your issues with the Potensic Atom 3axis? I seen prior videos where you had issues with the TX/RX signal... i only ask because i got an Atom about 2 months ago. My buddy has the dji mini 4k. We both agree the Atom is better in virtually every regard. More stable, better image quality, 3 battery fast charging hub, better layout with the phone placement in controller, wayppints etc etc.. He has a mini 3 & the Atom seems more in par with it than the mini tbch... But yeah, i noticed you hadnt uploaded much with the Atom & was wondering if you figured out why you had issues, because ive fly mine well out over 10,000 feet & have never had even a single drop in video TX feed.. Plus, no DJI cronnies banning me from flying even in my own backyard lol.... Let me know if you figured out the problem. If you havent figured it out, i hope you do & hope you post more videos with it👍👍 Keep up the good work spud & pls switch to imperial units already. Yu are NO foriegner🤣🤣👍🇺🇸

A warning to potential buyers. On Facebook, there is a mini 4K page and a recent post talked about ordering a mini 4K from Amazon and the box delivered was full of junk, not a mini 4K!!!!! Amazon gave the buyer a code to give the person who delivered it and they still got burned. I have no idea how a buyer would prevent this. I don't know what the outcome is.
