I’m an Avata 2 Owner and the NEO is such a perfect addition it’s not even funny. A $200.00 quad that’s borderline indestructible with DJI O4 Transmission. For FPV Practice and teaching newbies it’s beyond perfect.

Mine arrives today. What is for: the Neo is to have fun, a “ready to fly” drone to capture some fun shots and even family shots. That’s it. What is it not for: cinematic experience. Those looking for a quiet, fast, evening image experience shouldn’t look at a 199€ drone. Well, I think it’s nonsense to but the drone alone and I advise all to buy the fly more combo. Nevertheless, if someone has already a drone, remote etc they can just buy the drone. But it’s not for a professional experience.

I agree, but actually I keep using it because as you say, it's so easy and quick to deploy to add into my content but also to teach my kids, so I'm with you 👍🏽

It won’t be a waste…you really can’t find a cheaper one. That’s why I bought one. My first drone. Get it next week.

I think it depends what you want to use it for and what are your expectations. It's cheap, a good entry level, robust, I've bumped into trees bushes, the wardrobe and it either caries on or lands itself. It's good to understand the 3 different ways of flying the drone as I point out.

How can you remote control Neo with mobile app (or rc-n3) while driving a car ?

You can't really. Firstly you can't keep VLOS and secondly it would lose connection really quickly. You need someone else to fly the drone.

Be aware of not mixing different framerate recordings in the same video, it will make some parts choppy... (in this case the Neo footage suffers from it) 😎

I hear you, but, its the high shutter speed that makes it choppy and the Neo is digital stabilisation and needs lots of sharp frames to stabilise. Secondly you can only change it using the Remote. What do you think?
