YES... I think here's a huge flaw with this camera for underwater,....The Temperature sensor (Automatic white balance) will be block if using Wet lents like AOI UWL-03 or INON UFL G140 SD...it's a shame they put the sensor in the front right side.

I did in fact consider to exclude that part of the video, but I found it useful to keep and that it indeed provided value for the viewer. Not only the fact that it is removable but also that it can come loose and easily be lost, so be careful to not loose it. Also, I haven't been able to find this protective cover as a spare part on your site store.dji.com/se/list/accessories?from=site-nav&tab=103&page=1&sort=recommendation&category=101%3D101.209.305 So if its gone it seem to be hard to replace. Hi there. We noticed that in the video, the USB-C port cover fell off during charging. Please note that this protective cover is removable, so you need to pay attention to the use environment during use to avoid the protective cover from falling off and losing. Secondly, regarding the time setting reset issue you mentioned, since we found in the video that it is 24 hours when it is turned on, can you please record a new video to describe the problem in detail so that we can better help you solve the problem? Hi 👋 Thanks for clarifying the charging port door. That’s why I intentionally left that entire section in the video so I could include that it is actually removable. But I also wanted to keep that part to highlight that the user need to be careful. Regarding the 24 clock issue. When I went through the initial setup of the camera I selected 24 h clock. But then when I went into the settings the camera was back to AM and not the 24 h option.

Thank you for your video. Do you have any suggestions for an external battery charger for this camera? I see that DJI has a charger that is around $70 US, but wondering if there might be a more cost-effective option that you know of. It seems a little difficult to find readily available accessories for this camera for some reason...? When the first osmo action came out, there were quite a few accessories available from DJI... Including replacement parts. Do you have any thoughts though concerning the battery charging options for an external charger? Thank you so much.

Thank you for those nice words. That means a lot! Honestly I haven’t tested. The only thing that is for sure true is that the standard housing is build for 20 meters depth, which is twice as much as for example GoPro Hero 13, and 10% more than Osmo Action 4.

Best thing on your video is accidental pop off of the USB-C cover. This is nearly priceless for me as I want to use this camera in underwater case with external powerbank and I would be afraid that removing of this cover is not possible without breaking it. ;)

The reason why the charging door comes off is so you can attach the audio adapter for external microphones.

I care less about numbers and more about the video I actually get. And this camera records in average the best video I have got out of an action camera.

@@MK-Creator thats funny because I did some test side to side and thought the 5 looked weird in some spots , so I dug a little further and saw they cut the bit rate by a lot, so it made sense , that being said, im not using the action cam to vlog or at night nor do I need the 2 person audio or the active track , so I will stick with the 4 because I believe in my opinion it looks better and more natural for what i'm using it for, I won't be vlogging down some side street and need some ai tech to brighten my face lol , its like they took the 4 and just bumped up the iso , I have a lot of dji products and this is the first one that I will be returning to keep the older model . I enjoy your videos though ! you helped me a lot with the mini pro 4 tutorials, cheers

For me the colours seem off when in standard mode, a over sharpened HDR kind of look, paticularly blue skies. Also busy seens are jittery at times with a washed out look. I hope Dji fix this asap. Just a slight tweak on the colour and an option for a higher bitrate should solve these issue. Thanks for the videos👍
