DJI Osmo Action Testing

It has been over a year and a half since the DJI Osmo Action has been released. This is still a very capable action camera, and in this video I will bring it with me through my day to put it to the test. Feel free to ask any questions I did not answer in this video down below!

You can change the front screen or back screen dim time while recording in the settings. Also, it’s not as waterproof as they make it out to be. I tried it for 10min in a swallow beach and there was condensation making its way inside the battery compartment. If you’re serious about submerging it for any extended period of time, consider getting an underwater housing unit. It is a very solid cam and well worth getting, especially considering it’s price point.

How many minutes of recording before you need to charge? Great video, thank you for sharing.

Thank you, I'm glad it was helpful! In my experience, it's usually around 40-60 minutes before I end up charging it, but it really depends on the screen brightness, frame rate, and whether Rock Steady is on. With the screen dim or turned off, I think it would be able to clear an hour

Nope! This is the on-board mic, however I did some basic noise reduction in Premiere Pro
