DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Best Settings for Highest Video Quality

I like when you show your settings with examples so we can understand what settings work best in what situations. This camera is fabulous in low- light but I am constantly changing my settings to see which gets the best results.

@@4T-Tech my situations are moving through street lighting and going in and out of low light situations (different light), i go inside restaurants then back on the street is there a happy medium setting I can use without having to change the settings for every situation? I really appreciate your advice🙂

Could you pls teach us how to colour grade a dji footage by marking or zooming the software options menu and settings in the colour grading software- i mean highlighting it like you do in ur every video ? Coz the way you teach is very easy to understand for newbies. You are a good teacher. Thank you again.

The resolution on my device ( osmo pocket 3 creator ) has only 3k I think I must have done something or I bought a fake one. Any tips?

Hi - don't worry, the Pocket 3 will be in 3K if the screen is in vertical mode, that's normal. If you turn the screen to be horizontal, then 4K should become available

I have recorded this video on DJI Pocket 3 in 4k 60fps kzbin.info/www/bejne/sGSpip2njd1rhNU , however when I try playing it on my LG TV (65" from 2021) it only shows max resolution of 1440p. I can play other videos on youtube on the TV and they play fine in 4k 60fps so the TV is capable. I can't understand why it doesn't want to play that particular one in 4k . Any ideas?

Hi - thanks for the question. I did play the video on my lappy at 4K 60fps no problem but it did default also to 1440p when set to auto resolution. That might be YT compression forcing that resolution. Can you play the raw file mp4 directly on the TV but not via YT, does that play in 4K 60fps?

A good short video going through some of the basic settings " high-quality footage " However watching this KZbin video on a larger screen this particular video is that a very poor quality recording . Which really goes against all the points you are making ..

Hi yes fair point - and thanks for the feedback. I was filming on a rather old Sony in HD and YT likes to compress the video further.

👍 great , I really enjoyed the video and I did end up purchasing one. like with my drones I record most of my stuff in 2.7k as most stuff goes on online and I feel that is sufficient . Keep up your good work . 👍🙏

Most of the graded d-Log 4K video by the so-called PRO are fake color that are terrible to look at. In stead, the people shoot OP3 in normal color are much better for human vision.

Yes I shoot mostly in Normal as its fine for my needs. Actually I think Normal colour is Rec709 which is what we see as normal human vision

@@4T-Tech Pocket 1 has the most accurate AWB. Pocket 2 AWB are adjusted to blue tone. Pocket 3 is also adjusted in AWB to shoot asian and african faces to whiter and brighter. Therefore, if you can find out the counter parameter to the AWB normal color video and post them. You will get most beautiful natural color video.
