I like it when the gimbal vibrates on the shaft. Sorry, I'm an idiot.

Thank you for solving my gimbal vibration/noise problem. It sounded terrible! I was able to tighten the "grub" screw with a T6 Torx screwdriver, and the loud noise/vibration disappeared.

I have a big issue. The noise was small at first and then I watched a tutorial and did this exact thing. Except dude said I should take the screw out and put it back. My main issue now is that the gimble makes a horrible scratching noise and I tightened it as much as I could. The big issue for me rn is that the screw refuses to go in all the way even if I screw it as hard as I can it won't go any further. And I can tell it's still loose cause the entire arm still moves up and down if I move it.

Recently had a crash and my gimbal stopped working, it says "gimbal overloud” and when I turn my aircraft on the gimbal become crazy. By the way my camera works perfectly and I get a feed right to my app, and I can change the angel of the camera remotely, so I’m thinking it’s not a wire problem. I hear a grinding sound; it’s definitely making a noise and the gimbal parts become warm. Do you recommend I replace the gimbal or its other parts problem? Thank you.

Brilliant. Can't believe it worked. Tighten the little grub screw. Thank you so much.

I've been getting "compass stuck" errors intermittently. I've recalibrated the compass, gimbal and IMU and moved it to different locations with still no joy. I've sent it to DJI

Why do you have your max altitude set to 500m? I thought you were only supposed do go to 120.

The Gimbal on my P3P has this weird issue where it's "home position" is always facing right of center. So there is always a landing gear in my shot. All gimbal controls work fine, its just not facing directly forward. I tried IMU calibration and Gimbal calibration and a firmware update, nothing seems to work, any ideas what it could be?

The yaw motor shaft is rotationally out of position. You need to loosen the screw and make sure the flat part of the shaft is directly perpendicular to the axis of the screw. Also make sure it does not twist when you retighten the screw. This can happen because of damage from an impact. A tiny bit of metal can be gouged up on the shaft or the tip of the screw might not be flat. You can fix this with a fine file. Unfortunately if the problem was with the shaft you will probably need to partially disassemble the gimbal. Good luck

The vibrations come from the old motors that's why DJI released new motors and new circuit board...

Hi, This can be a number of reasons. di you have telemetry in the app so can you see battery voltage, satellite count and other data, if not then you have a connection issue between your device and the controller, you want to 1: try another cable, 2: Delete the Go App, reboot your device then download the App again, 3: try another smart device, If using android it can b every touchy due to the lady variation in how the OS is setup.
