It's exactly a problem for me. Because in my country it's difficult (as an individual) to ship an item back or get a refund. In a first world country that would be a none issue. Once I buy something online And it's trash....I'm done 💀 Local tech stores are the only ones that can help with this issue. But most of the time they refuse to give you a refund or straight up that your warranty doesn't cover the issue So I really like the video quality it captures. That's why I want it. The swiffel issue is what's holding me back😢😢😢😢

I haven’t had an issue with the replacement so far if that helps

@AGPfacecast I'll wait a few more months...or I'll just take the DJI action 4 with the gimbal osmo mobile. But I can't find a good adapter to put the action 4 on the gimbal. Do you have any recommendations?

I've measured up the clearance between those nibs (bumps) and the screen and it's .020" Looking down into the case with a bright LED lamp, you can see that there is a gap. So as long as the case is not squeezed in the screen can't be held by the case. I find the best way to lift the camera out of the case is to just squeeze the DJI sign on the handle and the back of the case and it will swivel out. No need to grip anything. Best Dave

I read about the problems people were having and submit that only two of the raised humps( that align with the pocket 3 monitor screen) could have caused the damage as the bottom two only make contact with the base of the Camera . .....With that in mind I eased off the problem humps with a craft knife and now the camera is held secure top and bottom but with no contact with the screen. ... I will not carry my pocket 3 in the supplied zipped pouch ,that came with my Combo unit without first popping it in its Gimble "Splint Brace" .... Sorry Mike but if someone manages to sit or stand on your Bag you'll loose your Gimble .

I’ve been looking at removing those “humps as well as not a fan of the zipper case. Takes up to much room in my camera bag.

Actually, it’s funny you say this. I was just about to do a video on a new case I just got. Go search Scotty Makes Stuff here on YT. He did a DJI Pocket case. Mine came in Saturday and it’s freakin amazing.
