Since I do not have the said phone I can't vouch for it but you can check the weight of the phone as well as the payload capacity of the gimbal. If those match, any phone can be loaded onto the gimbal.

Thank you so much for the question. On the Online Service page, you will first click on the button 'Submit a Service Request'. You will next need to pick the Area as 4. Asia Pacific. You will then pick the country India which is hidden away in the menu as it is in Alphabetical order. Once you have that selected, you will be asked to follow a link. Once you click on that link, you can send them an email and they will help you from there on. If you still need any assistance please let me know.

You can ask the Amazon seller. I purchased mine on Amazon and got it fixed within warranty period. So yes, mine was with warranty and service was provided by DJI in India.

Hi brother, i was making a timelapse video near the sea beach . Suddenly a wave came & my tripod got unbalance. My osmo 3 and mobile dropped in the water for less than 1sec I grabbed it out but the gimbal is kind of dead now. Not switching on .. do you think the service center you are talking about they can fix it ?? Do you have any contact number of the service center ??

I did not register just for the sake of registering. You will be required to create an account with DJI to use the application and that could be their way of registering the product.

Try and see if you can contact the online flipkart store from where you purchased the camera. If the camera is a Nikon Camera, you can write to Nikon. If canon then write to Canon and so and so forth.

My osmo mobile 2 gone bad and I raised a complaint. Its oow so they asked me to send to bangalore for repair. They will tell the repair price once they check it.. is it worth sending and do u think how much it could charge?

As per my experience it was totally worth it as it was covered under warranty. The cost would depend on the parts that need to be changed and therefore they want you to send it to them. I spent about 800 rupees just to send it to them but since it was covered under warranty it wasn't an expensive affair. If yours is not covered under warranty, which I assume it would not be, I would suggest you look for someone nearby to repair. If you do not have that option it would be wise to send it and get it fixed unless you plan to upgrade and have the money to upgrade.

@@IndipinoyTech Yes I dnt think there are repair options in my city. Especially with Gimbals which has limited reach. Looks like one of the motor has stopped working and gone free. Joystick is not working for the motor that make the left and right movement

If you really can't find someone to fix it locally, you should send it over to get it fixed. I can't vouch on the pricing of the repair but am sure they will fix it and send it to you in working condition. Cheers!!!

Unless I see the issue I will not be able to help you. I have a feeling that the gimbal is faulty and that is why the seller sold it to you. You can try to reset the gimbal. That could work. I do not have the osmo 4 and therefore will not know of the additional features it could have. So sorry. Can't help more that this.

The entire process from me contacting DJI - sending the gimbal to them - they giving me a quote - they fixing it and sending it back to me was about 10 to 12 days. They have a tracking system on their website.
