BVLOS are ridiculous stupid laws. In some countries it is literally illegal to fly an FPV drone because the goggles, even if you have passthrough, dont count as visual line of sight. Its good of DJI to think about it for professional settins. But in reality, these are idiotic laws made by dusty grandpas who dont even understand the technology to begin with. Anything with a camera that can be remotely controlled should not be subject to LOS laws. The camera IS your line of sight, and with much better and clearer views than anyone could ever get from the ground staring up at a tiny dot.
