You've got some truly wonderful moments in this remix. One of the biggest pitfalls I see zelda remixers fall into is that with such a short piece of source material, stretching it out into a longer track makes it sound repetitive. Though I heard that happen here in a few spots, it was quite the opposite from 3:05 - 4:18. You're balance here between original melody and remix development was straight up sublime; not so much of the original work that I wanted to stop listening but not so little that I forgot it was Song of Storm. Please keep making more music. If you ever master your form I think the world will have not choice but to listen.

Before I close, can I make one suggestion? The Astral Observatory from Majora's Mask. I know it's an incredibly slow tune, if not, I'll use the words "subtle" or "simple", but I think if you can work with "slow songs" such as Fi's Theme, I have enough faith that you can make the Astral Observatory sound great! With this song, I can just imagine the great flood (Wind Waker) happening right now. Ganon breaks his seal, and the people hope for the Hero of Time to return, or another hero to arrive. We waited years and nothing could be done, so King Daphnes has one final idea: Gather up the sages, and all spirits to flood the land, playing this cool, intense music. "Everyone, take refuge on the tallest Mountains". It so heavily for 3 months straight, that Hyrule became a forgotten kingdom. 300 years later, the hero discovers the new world, and immigrates there, but there is a new problem... Really good song!
