30 years old, still diggin in the crates here in the UK lol! I've got drum breaks from London graffiti crews that only got pressed in limited vinyl, and I rock my Big L limited pressing of The Big Picture that I won from HipHopDX 😂 Got some Beanie Sigel, Dilla and Statik Selektah on vinyl and im currently waiting on Mac's Circles 🙏 aswell as a collection of oldies. I do find a lot of gems on KZbin though so times have definitely changed haha

I love chopping samples. I used to hate non-sample based beats because they never sounded as full. I had to learn from sampling to make fuller sounding, 100% origianl beats.

as a viewer from the outside it appears that djpain1 is painting a clear articulated visual with words on his creative process for this project and in response everyone isn't really listening. Instead deciding how they feel about your process and how you present it. Just the vibe i get. I also have no idea in the grand scheme of things the dynamic entirely between you all either.
@DJPain14 жыл бұрын
Nobody listens to me, that's accurate. We're actual friends, I've been through hell and heaven with Memory and our dynamic especially isn't straightforward.

the truth is when a producer doesn't use or listen to samples chances are when they make melodies they suck and sound like what you get when type in free sample pack and get those " in the style of Cubeatz, frank dukes,Pyrex" sample packs
