Proof of download should be the only thing you need to provide since it proves that you got the product and downloaded it after payment! Beatstars should create a wallet based on blockchain with a stable coin based on usd value with no refund possible and lower transaction fees and instant payments! Great video thank you

ALL THE NEW PRODUCERS/RAPPERS: READ: Either use songtrust or harry fox. Harry fox is no longer FREE. You have to pay 100$ just like you have to with songtrust. HARRYFOX has no problem taking your money claiming they collect a “different royalty”. Then go SIKE. When you register the same songs that you already registered with songtrust with HFA (harry fox) for your mechanicals and it gets denied. When you ask them why it got declined, they say bc you already have ur songs registered with songtrust. SONGTRUST: collects world wide mechanical royalties. MLC: collects USA based royalties. If you already have songtrust, songtrust already resisters them in the usa on your behalf.

I've sent these all the way to Sweden before. If it's worth it, it's worth it. Otherwise I would contact paypal directly and REALLY ask them what ways you can maximize the possibility of disputing the charge without any physical proof, eg. screen shots, proof of download, etc. They claim to protect digital goods, so they *should* help
