Hey man my xtr is plug in to the back of my ddj 1000srt and when i turn up the master volume no sound but when i turn up my booth volume i am getting sound..mind you nothing is plug in to my booth

Same issue! My master is not responsive to adjustment, booth allows sound to pass, and trims knobs have to be turned down to balance volume. Seems like a common issue with the 1000.

My mixer doesn't want to turn on anymore. Changed the power adapter once started working fine and then it happen again it doesn't want to turn on again. last time I tried to turn it on the quantize was flashing red then it didn't turn on any more please help.

I have same problem but on my sx1. No distortion until headphones is turned up half way but also get distortion through master channel as well... But when cue is or headphones aren't plugged in there doesn't seem to be any distortion

I have a sx1 but simikar problem. Distortion through headphone cue but also master channel ay same time.... But only when headphones plugged in and headphones volume Is at 40-50%

I’ve always ran my setups from RCA to an external mixer. Just yesterday, I setup my SRT without an external mixer and ran straight to the XLR mains and discovered that the volume on my right main out is significantly lower than the left. Which is crazy because it’s completely normal when it’s ran with simple mainout RCA to 1/4 to my external mixer. I looked everywhere for a solution and you’re the only one that appears to have found my answer. My question, do you personally do these repairs? Where are you located?

Hi - I'm getting the exact same issue you described. Would love to know if your sorted it, and if the new pcb replacement was the answer? Most people I've seen mention distortion, but my XLR outs are just not balanced (no distortion), and RCA outs work fine. Thanks!

I have been getting a weird crackling noise later in the night on gigs lately and I will just restart my mac and unit and that seems to work until the next gig. I've hade the unit for 3 years already but I'm not sure what is causing it. I have replaced wires, free'd up space on my mac, but I cannot figure it out. Do you know if it's something I have to replace on the unit?

first try another computer that's faster than what you have, if you still getting the noise is coming from the output board like I show in this video, you have a tech replace the capacitors on the board for you
