I just wanted to thank you for these videos - they were invaluable in helping my son prepare for Phase 1 - he's now on week 9 at Vimy Barracks. They are also tremendously helpful to me as a parent, knowing what sort of things my son is doing each week! Back when I joined the Navy 25 years ago there was obviously nothing like this available, best we could hope for was a friend of a friend who had joined up! Thanks again, I have recommended this channel to friends who's children are also considering joining the Army

@BradleyCTurner4 жыл бұрын
Im in a weird position in my application process, when i first did the application i was basically obese but training and losing weight, from many sources i thought itd take a few months to get an assessment center date but i got it in 5 weeks, my bmi isnt below 28 and i csnt reach the required bleep test score about 1 level below, i tried telling my recruitment office but they advised i do it anyway as rescheduling it would be far longer than just redoing the fitness or tst if i failed. But overall im bummed out im no where near where i wanted to be and can see me failing the assessment, either on medical due to bmi or the fitness. I have AC on 21st sep.
@maxwellbonett47124 жыл бұрын
My advice to you would be give it your best shot and try it out anyway, if you fail and need to redo the application process when you're fitter so be it, but you may as well try it out. Who knows, you could pass the test and be inducted in earlier than you expected and still make it! Best of luck.

probs as there are not many jobs for squaddies who can transfer their skills over. You have human rights don`t be so bloody daft. After service care is out there, its just a case of being persistent enough when accessing the help to make sure you get it.
