After an explanation from one of our subscribers here is some info on the 'baebsae' which is a really small bird. And there is a famous saying in Korea related to the baebsae trying to imitate the stork and breaking its legs! so i guess bts is saying they will break that saying and become the best!! ref) If a crow-tit(baebsae) tries to walk like a stork, he will break his legs. 까마귀 박새가 황새처럼 걸으면 그의 다리가 부서진다. -> 뱁새가 황새를 따라가면 다리가 찢어진다. Not sure if anyone has told you, but this was supposed to be an 'excitable' dance practice. So they were acting funny/crazy on purpose. If you were to do another BTS dance practice I recommend "real" war of hormone because it's frankly ridiculous.

Big Hit have their own in-house (I think his name is Mr Song, he is Korean) choreographer, but they do work with other domestic and international choreographers on a case by case by case basis. The BTS members interperate the choreography to suit their own vision and dance styles and what works best for the group as a whole. I tend to find their older hip hop numbers rehersed but not as scripted, coming accross as more freely moving generic and adaptive performances where they are more focused on hyping things up: Attack on Bantang We are bullet proof parts 1 and 2 Hip hop lover Boyz with fun Ma City etc. They can also bring on a charm offensive...cuten-up the performance when they want to: Favorite girl Miss Right etc. More recent performances are highly coreographed, but they are clearly intending to have a lot of fun with the songs choreography: Anpanman Airplane Part 2 Idol even DNA. I Need you, Save me, Danger, Fire, Not Today, I'M Fine are all highly chorepgraphed numbers, or where their whole dance crew is involved. They posted the Idol AGT routine and you see the whole back up team rehersing, it is basically a full performance run through. I found the Idol MV dance practice one of their sharpest most co-ordinated ones yet, and years and years of experience dancing together as a group really showed. There is a dance practice of Go-go with them dressed as Snow White and the six dwaves (well Snow white and 7 dwaves) worth reacting to, on the grounds it is hilarious.
