It's nice to see a channel talking about euroleague basketball. Just informing you that in Europe, superstars coming off the bench is a very common thing. It doesn't matter who starts the game but who finishes it so you see guys like Larkin, Sloukas etc and old legends like Spanoulis, Diamantidis, Navarro came off the bench.

Beiing a star on euroleague: 1. You have to work as hard on defence as on the offence. 2. It is harder to score in EL than in NBA. 3. Coach is the goat of a team. You shutafuckup and execute. 4. Game is 40min, but timeout is 1 minute long, not 3-4 min like on NBA. 5. You are involved in a team offence on defence every second you spend on court. 15-20 min is the Max what veteran can be productive on court. As soon as you are out of gas, coach will sit you down at the bench. Lets see how NBA stars adopt to that. Anyways, welcome to Europe. We are ready to give you some tongues.

Yes maybe Varese last season finished 12th in italian league, but in actually they were 3rd but sadly got penalized for some money problem and thus finished in the lower rankings, so i think that this year they will be a great team both in italy and europe, because they are playing in champions league which is like conference league.

Now the team has been under the guidance of Luis Scola for a couple of years, we will see if Willy will bring a change. What the team needs is actually a new Arena where to play, the pala Ignis is very old. In any case, a lot of NBA players are moving here because currently the NBA is unwatchable not to mention that the averege american fan has 0 clue about how real basketball works. All you care about is stats "he scored only 5.7 points in 20 minutes...he is trash" maybe said player is a AC Green type of player that doesn't need the ball to actively help the team by placing screens in a clever way, guarding the dangerous player on the other team keeping him away from the ball, creating space correctly...
