This video will show you how to relace an X'ed web spiral found on gloves like Wilson's 1788 and 1781.

I have an old A2000 XLO, and I think the current ELO is basically the same. The x web at the top of the basket is quite a bit different than this, so I was wondering if you can possibly do a video on something like that. Second time doing it, since I figured it out once with a shoe lace (I know), and I'm probably going to have to do it one more time, since I think I'm going to have to order a new basket. (tore while relacing it :( )

Another great video, thanks. Question - when doing this type of lacing, do you stop and knot the finger lace right before the web, since that length usually spirals as well and knots on the thumb? Or do you just run the finger lace through the web and knot off?

You can stop at the index, yes, but with this particular pattern, the finger lacing starts and ends at the pinky.

Another excellent video that helped me with stringing a friend's glove. My only issue is that the leather laces come apart from the needles when pulled thru the holes.......

if you have that needle you can screw it in more, or the needles threads are just shot and youj need a new one

If you want the same, order Mizuno lace. Search 'mizuno lace' at Amazon.

No, I don't. I don't really have any issues pulling the lace through the holes. If a customer wanted say blue lace, if I conditioned them, they'd get a glove with dark blue, almost navy-ish colored lace due to the darkening from conditioning. They wouldn't be too happy. Always keep that in mind when you're conditioning lace. The only exception is when I get to a spot where the lace is almost impossible to pull through, but I only put conditioner on the needle and a small section of the lace.
