If you have received PRP or stem cell therapy for pain and it has not worked, it may be due to misdiagnosis. It is possible that the pain generator was not properly identified and treated. This can happen if a thorough physical examination is not done and the provider relies solely on MRI results. It is important for providers to acknowledge that misdiagnosis can occur and focus on improving their diagnostic skills to ensure accurate treatment. Consider the possibility of misdiagnosis if previous treatments have not been effective in relieving pain.

If treating pain is the goal, it is not regenerative. Treatment efficacy: Have the weak ligaments and tendons been treated thoroughly per treatment and ALL adjacent contributing tissues and/or joints been treated? Has there been sufficiency of treatments? Have the treatments been performed at the intervals the body works within to regenerate? Have there been adjunct diet and supplementation adjustments for tissue regeneration? And have all medications and procedures that interfere been stopped completely? Intensity of sensation of pain has some mind over matter features, but the insufficiency of tissue is not a mind over matter issue. Adjunct: is the patient a vegan?

@@Huntsy24 you’re not asking. If you were asking, I’d elaborate as an expert. We get letters of gratitude every day. PRP “works” but you have to know wth you’re doing, almost no one does.

Hello doctor, will the symptoms get worse after the prp injection? Will they get better afterward? How long will this process take?

Hey doc, Question I have a partial tear in my patella tendon and I have just got a Prp injection and I want to help Speed up the process with bpc157 but I’m unsure if it’s ok and if the injection should be into the knee or stomach?

BPC-157 can be a great addition to the healing post PRP injections. However, you don't need to inject it near the knee for it to be beneficial. If you're injecting, just into the belly fat will work just as well. If you are working with a physician and can get injectable BPC-157 from a compounding pharmacy, then that's great. If you aren't, then we don't recommend the injectable version as this would require you to purchase BPC-157 from a research chemical website and these peptides are commonly contaminated with LPS, a bacterial endotoxin, which can cause really bad side effects. Instead of using injectable, we then recommend using an oral arginate salt. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. If you want a discount code, we have one for our patients on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements. Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157'. When you hover over the product, you will see it says 'Original Formula' above the ingredient box). This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.
