BTW, so-called "balsamic vinegar is generally just vinegar with sugar and flavouring added. The genuine Balsamic vinegar is aged wine vinegar, aged for up to 100 years for top quality, it's a product of Modena, Italy. The age determines its cost, but even 10 years old is very costly...so go for apple vinegar, is my advice. I was once invited to a Balsamic vinegar tasting, yes, in Modena, they gave us a thimble-full at a time ;-) Viva Italia.
@satojoko3489Ай бұрын
Balsamic vinegar is one of the most adulterated and / or faked foods of all time, right up there with olive oil/s, tomato sauce, honey & so many others. There are entire syndicates which rack in many billions via these adulterated food production industries per year. By the time these 'foods' get to us in North America, as well as England, Australia, they have been b@st@rdized beyond all recognition. If buying apple cider vinegar, make sure it has the 'mother' in it, a good layer of sediment. Even this isn't enough to be paying attention to, unfortunately, and could be faked. Look for reputable brands as well. Do some research before buying. Something you can do with apple cider vinegar is add your dry onion skins (loaded with quercitin), onion ends, garlic scraps, pieces of turmeric root or powder, chilli peppers, galangal, you name it to an empty *glass* mason jar, and pour your apple cider vinegar over this, to within an inch of the top of the container. Seal & lit sit for a good month. Shake every couple of days. This concoction makes a spectacular anti-flu / anti-viral drink. It can also be used in cooking, in homemade salad dressings, marinades, a hot vinegar & honey drink, even a muscle rub. Very very effective. I used exactly this mixture when I got the flu which has been marketed, propagandized & politicized to death over the past 4 years - along with NAC. This combination absolutely wiped it out, and prevented it from ever getting past my sinuses becoming stuffed up. I drank approximately a 1/4 cup per day, added to warm water, in doses throughout the day whenever I remembered to. The more the better. Amazing stuff! Leave the broken bones & associated things to medical doctors. Leave our health & wellness to ourselves & the practitioners who wish to help us support our health & wellness. We have the power to heal ourselves in the vast majority of situations. Happy health to everyone 😸

I don’t know why, but I never thought of mixing the apple cider vinegar with tomato juice. I could always drink it with water in the morning, but unless I used it on a salad or added it to a green smoothie, I never got more than one dose a day. It’s yummy in tomato juice!

I grew up eating vinegar on many of my veggies and even meats. We as kids loved it. So, I can drink ACV (with the mother) effortlessly! However, I never lose ANYTHING!!!! My sister and I both tried this; I must have attempted it over 3 times but loss nothing! What am I doing wrong?

Make sure to mix ACV in a glass of water and dink through a straw. ACV balances sugar levels.

Yes, the mother portion is what contains the most important ingredients in the ACV. Just be sure to shake the bottle well as the mother settles at the bottom.

@1983maya4 ай бұрын
@Aurora and @diana If you can't have acv, then try drinking warm/hot water with half to 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. It has almost the same health benefits as drinking acv water and doesn't cause acidity issues. If you are drinking a 1liter bottle of hot water with 1 teaspoon turmeric plus a pinch of pepper powder during the day, it will improve your immunity, take care of blood sugar, also help in weight management. Hope this helps. 😊
