Why mount that extra red recovery point? At 6.51 you can see the welded factory recovery point already there.

the front bar adds about 42kg to the front, winch is another 30kg

Looking at buying one of these for my my22 xterrain. I'll have it by March. 2 questions, firstly will there be a my22 variant or will it remain compatible? Second, isuzu have said any accessory that essentially isn't genuine or ARB void vehicle warranty. Do you have experience with this, because this is the first bar I've found that I like. Cheers!

Yes this bar will suit the MY22 version. It's actually illegal for a car company to tell you an aftermarket product voids warranty. Warranty can only be void if the product in question is deemed to have caused the failure. For example if your gearbox fails, you can't blame the bull bar, however if wheel bearings fail you can blame the oversize tyres. If what they were saying was true then no one would put any aftermarket products on their vehicles.
