You can use the backside of the box blade like a bulldozer blade to push the piles of dirt backwards. Then level it out like you were doing going forward. Saves a little time. I usually use the backside to push big rocks rather than using the loader. Less chance of breaking something.

For me it's easier to push material into low areas when grading rather than pulling. Also when you're pushing material it's easier to make adjustments because your gannon is taking out the highs and lows for the most part then you fine grade by pulling🤙

You can adjust the angle on your box blade by adjusting the lifting arms your 3-point hitch. If you'll notice you have adjustments on your lift arms on the left side and right side Just put the box blade on the ground take the pressure off and adjust arm up an inch or so and that way when you scrape it'll put a pitch in your road so rain can drain off, start from the center and go to the edge.

there are several ways to look at this... if the county will not maintain the road and the only ones that maintain the road are the ones that need access for their property, then its a private road and a gate can and should be installed so that the only users are the ones that pay for it.... option b, if it is supposed to be a county maintained road, send the county the bill. or possibility c is make a job out of it, pay someone with a vested interest on the road and figure out how to pay them to maintain it and develop the road into something that raises property values.

I’m going to jump the gun again but with your hydraulic top link you don’t need to flip the rippers on your box blade. You can leave it on the shallowest hole and just tilt the top link to go from just moving material to breaking up the ground and moving it.

Thats also a really bad design for a long dumptrailer. In Denmark I drive a 14 wheel (7 axels) truck where the dumptrailer has 4 axels all the way in the back with airbags on all the axels. The gate locks on the rear hatch are automatic unlocks when the tipper goes up. The airbags also automaticly drop the air when you start lifting, and all 4 axels are forced to be down. Gives way more stability than the design used here with only one axel down. We have them loaded with 40 tons of gravel/sand/dirt and they go about 15 meters up in the air. 😅

I think neighbors should be able to deduct the cost of road maintenance off the cost of their property taxes if the county isn't interested in improving the roads even for their own ambulance, fire truck, police, trash, other utilities. Basically, the county has abandoned interest in your property and are treating it like an unincorporated area. There shouldn't be any building codes/permits/anything like that, and certainly no taxes.
