Ryan there is a guide on the front end load that tells u how far down u r. It's that lil rod that is attached to the front end loader. And the grapple bucket to pick up trees u got to tilt it down open it wide open then go down over the pile and push down and then close it!! But other than that u r doing awesome 👌

You should get a skid street quick attach plate to go on the 3 point in the back. Then you can put the pallet forks of the back and move the pallets easier. Edit: Always wear your seatbelt. There are tractor fatalities where people fall from tractor cabs during a rollover. There was one in the news with an airport tractor in Canada years ago.

One mod we have in our Kioti is on the top of the box grader we welded a hitch receiver to be able to tow trailers. You could fill the dump trailer with the mini ex or tractor grapple and bring it to the dump pile or be able to move dirt.

I know your getting a ton of advice, but the one I’d listen to is KEEP YOUR LOAD LOW! Tractors are not like skid steers. They will roll if the wind blows to hard. Also, when you attach to your quick coupler roll your bucket all the way back. It takes the weight off the latch. I dropped a grapple off my tractor because the skid steer quick connect didn’t engage all the way.

Nice Kioti! I just got a smaller Kioti last week. But I had four weights from a older tractor which I placed on my box blade, because no welding was needed. It works great, also helps while using the box blade. Like your channel.

John Deere 506 Mowers were made from 1978-1988 and as for trying to lift heavy things get a 44 gallon metal drum cut the top inside itself, cut holes in the sides and slide round bar to suit the 3pl hitch and weld some pipe or solid round bar from the side bars so the lift cylinder can attach then fill it with concrete from top to bottom and that will be a counter weight so you don’t tip over like you did with the car

You don’t need to stop working when the regen is running. You want to keep running it and keep the rpm’s up like usual. Letting it idle during a regen is actually bad for it and makes it work harder.

Check with your shop to see if it would be problematic for you, but we run a 80/20 blend of water/antifreeze in our rear tires of our tractor. About 45 gallons in each tire adds 700 lbs of weight to the rear without any major compromise. Then air them up to the correct psi. Roughly 85-90% filled with liquid.

Weld up a 55 gallon drum to attach to the 3 point and fill it with concrete. That's what we did at a job I worked at for snow removal, the backhoe would get taken off and the concrete filled 55 gallon drom would be attached low and far back. Cheap fix and it'd make for a cool video.

Word of advice. I have an open cab Kabota. Its best that whenever you are doing any kind of work with a front end attachment aka forks, buckets, etc have the heaviest piece of equipment on the back. For my Kabota we got just a bucket and when i use it i make sure i user either my mower or brush hog attachment. Of course you want to match the weight in the front and rear. Had numerous times when i would overload the front bucket and had the tractor up on 2 wheels.

Couple things dmax. The little rod on the right side of the loader is for seeing how level your front forks are, there should be a bend in it which denotes level. The pto shaft probably broke because of a bad angle. Or it was just old. You need a better counter weight to lift heavy things. And keep the the forks a few inches off the ground on bumpy terrain.

You should be able to change the settings in the computer on the tractor to not shut off when you get out of the seat. If not just run a bypass jumper wire on the switch under the seat. A lot of farmers build ballast that attach to the 3-point hitch in the back. That way you only have to have that extra weight on your tractor when you're using the front loader and it can be taken of when you dont need it to run a mower deck or attachments on the back and you don't have all that extra weight.

@LivingOnWheels
@LivingOnWheels Жыл бұрын
On the grapple, when you go to pick up a load rotate it down like you’re dumping a bucket of dirt and then grab the degree and rotate back up. Another lifting tip is that in general tractors have a lot more lifting capacity with the curling action of the bucket. So if you’re at the lifting limit trying to just barely get something off the ground, curling the “bucket” up usually gets it.

You should try modifying your seat's safety switch, you can connect it to an additional on/off switch. This modification allows the safety switch to function normally in the event of a rollover, but also gives you the ability to activate it manually in situations where you need to stand up. By bypassing the switch, you can ensure that the tractor does not turn off. Additionally, I would like to recommend the use of foam-filled tires for the rear of the tractor. This modification will add extra weight, enabling you to lift heavier items. Alternatively, if you prefer a more cost-effective option, you can simply fill the rear tires with water.

@fractal4284
@fractal4284 Жыл бұрын
@@justinb1488 I hadn't even considered the possibility that the tire could freeze since I'm in Texas. It would be extremely unlikely, almost to the point of impossibility, for the tire to freeze completely, especially in South Texas. This occurrence might happen once every few decades at best. that case, it may be more beneficial for him to opt for foam-filled tires. If he chooses this option, it would be wise to have all four tires filled. Although it will be costly, it will eliminate the concern of experiencing flat tires.
