That's a pretty skookum machine. Found a site here in Canada that sells pro gym equipment and I was excited when I found it since buying commercial stuff here is usually hard. I only ended up getting a pro bar and plates though and bought a half decent bench at Canadian Tire. I want to get a rack eventually but it would be a tight fit in my basement lol. If I buy property that is bigger I definitly want to build a commercial grade gym like you did though, that is totally awesome. I loled when you mentioned your mom and vacuuming.. my mom is the exact same way. She'll start vacuuming at a whim too, sometimes I go for a visit and half way through she starts to vacuum the house.

For the landscape portions you should get regular videos with no audio so when its all done you can do some progress videos as your going along. And at the end you can see how it was to qhat it turned out to be lol. Like the home videos and whatnot.

You have to take the smith machine bench to Roadwire Interior and get it to match the BBB seats.
