On the scrubber check the suction hose for pallet wrap it gets stuck lots of times in the hose. Best thing to clean it out is broom handle shoved though from tank. I drove those in warehouses for years many different models.

Holes in the suction line will prevent good suction, like if it was dragged on the ground.

Something you could try next time on start that engine is take a pair of vise grips and a couple little pieces of wood and clamp off the fuel return line so it can build up pressure. We had to do that once to get our tractor started after it ran out of fuel. Just make sure you take it off right after it starts running. This may or may not help 🤷‍♂️

Make sure you drain, clean and sanitize the recovery tank before you park that thing. It will start stinking if you dont.
