The second episode of a video series that is taking more time to make than originally predicted. But after all the streams and work put into it, it is finally done.
The second episode covers Dante and his crew's arrival into Gensokyo, as well as Dante's first encounter with a yokai of Gensokyo. Along the way he meets a shrine maiden by the name of Jasie. What is her relevance to the conflict brewing in the land? Who knows?
This production took awhile and it is clear I need to set realistic expectations for what I am planning to do for episode wise. Hopefully future episodes will not be as drawn out as this one.

Late to the party I know, but dude, this animation's plot is well written with characterization. I love the new added lines that fit the worldbuilding of both series, as well as how you're treating your characters. Vergil grew, but isn't understandably trusted by Trish and Dante. Loving how he finally has a goal that doesn't involve besting Dante nor gaining more power. Dante knows how to be serious, something I really like in this one. You captured the balanced tone well. As for Trish, better treatment than Capcom ever did, honestly speaking. I like how she's more than the whiny mom-figure that actually kinda joins in on draining his expenses with Lady. There's also a lot of mystery you set up right, which really makes me eager to see the next episodes. I have a feeling that based on what Reimu and Marisa said, they'll deal with doppelgangers of Dante and Vergil created by this "Mundus" here in later episodes.

Thank you for this long comment. i’ve been a diehard devil may cry fan for a very long time; so when I was making the series, I was absolutely trying to make sure I keep everything as lore accurate as possible. I also wanted to make a darker series than what most MMDs usually end up being. I’ve been really wanting to continue the series and I still will probably post and produce new episodes, but these episodes don’t gain a lot of traction on the analytics, so I’ve been shelving the series for a moment to get out more of the content that people want to see. hopefully I’ll start working on episode three soon, but that probably won’t take place until after my brother‘s wedding later this year.
