A video from one of our typical Wednesday evening training sessions. This was from a few weeks ago when we were training for the SA National Team Trials, and general health and well being ;-)
Our training squad has been going consistently now since 2020. There are 5 sessions a week: 2 in the evening, 2 in the morning; and then we do a longer paddle on the weekends.
