If it's a criminal matter & the mine is still classified as active, then the believed current mine owner, Village Main Reef mining company should be held responsible, both for costs & the deaths of illegal miners who gained access.

Lol I worked 40 years on gold mines in South Africa and around 18in shaft and underground as a qualified boilermaker Yes it is very small but is the shaft steelwork still in place,are the buntings/ guides still there or removed
