Saito FA-300TL Setting the Timing

Just followed these instructions to set my FA270T. Works great. Thank you. I kept getting confused from the manufacture manual perspective but you clarified that issue.

I believe this video can be used for Saito FG-57 users as well. Thank you for making this video, David. :) I will sit down in my kitchen with a cup of cofee, and do the same thing to my FG-57 which has served me so well for so many years. Had to replace the middle bearing.

Hi David, I'm about ready to rebuild my Saito 300T, my question is for the cam gears, I have ceramic grease, would that be OK to use on the engine? Thanks Stuart.

I cannot say for sure if that will be alright to be inside the engine. I would be concerned about its ability to dissolve and pass through the engine.
